I need ideas on how to paint my boys bedroom? I have 2 boys (ages 7 & 4) that share a fairly large bedroom. I want to paint it with some cool design that they'll like now and when they get older. Any suggestions would be great.

Colour question. What colour paint would you use in a boys bedroom.? Boys share a room are aged 5 and 3 their beds.covers etc are mainly blue. Thanks. A few people asked whats their favorite color the olders is green the younger is blue. However I though blue and green should not be seen. And too much blue might look strange.

I need your ideas!!! Boys 50's bedroom, what to use on screen divider?? I have decorated a bedroom for a boy in the vintage 50's era. The theme is "everything" to do with a small boy in the 50's, baseball, tinkertoys, marbles, Daniel Boone, Babe Ruth etc... My problem is I need to use a screen divider. Creative ideas for little boys transportation themed bedroom? We are doing a room for my 18 month old son who's been obsessed with all types of vehicles since, well, forever. We want to do his room with all types of transportation...planes,trains,cars,dump trucks,tractors...all that kind of stuff. He loves the movie Cars and Thomas the Tank Engine too. We plan on having some of that in the room but I don't want to base it around just a character. I have a projector and had planned on doing some murals with these different vehicles. How do I put both my boys in the same bedroom? My older son is 18 months old and sleeps through the night just fine when he isn't sick. I also have a 3 month old who is just about ready to stop sleeping in his bassinet or cradle and sleep in his crib. The problem is we live in a two bedroom apartment, so the cribs are in the same room. I have a bad feeling when I start putting my younger one in there it will disrupt my older ones sleep and I won't be getting much sleep at all. Any helpful suggestions?

I am painting a mural of two of the "CARS" characters from the movie, we have picked out a bed thats a fire truck, and we are painting the other walls a light blue. However I am stuck at this point, I need other ideas to go with what I have choosen already. Boys bedroom theme ideas? We have an old Victorian house that has lathe and plaster walls, so for now until we can afford to tear out the walls and put up drywall we have to wall paper. My sons blanket and accessories are from Ikea and are dark blue with castle and dragon themes on it. I need serious help for four boys who all share a bedroom.? I have four boys, ages 12, 9, 7, and 5, they all have to share a bedroom because we live with my mom and step-dad. Their father is not in the picture right now. Lately, it seems like they are having trouble giving eachother boundries. It's hard to say, but I also think that they may be experimenting sexually with eachother. I know that sounds aweful and I am going to recieve horrible answers, but for the few of you who have maybe dealt with this in the past with your children, I would really appriciate advice. My 2 boys are going to share a bedroom-one has army bed & other has blue racecar bed-how can you decorate it? I want to make them feel like they have their own rooms - they just have 2 different themes and I don't know how to combine those. Should I put a line down the room and decorate both sides separately or try to combine the colors.
Is yellow too "girly" for a baby boys bedroom? Just want some different opinions... The theme will be turtles and or frogs... I want it to be neutral for boy or girl... How can I paint a world map on my kids bedroom wall? I would like to paint a large world map onto one of the walls in my boys bedroom, I really believe that kids should know about other countries and where they are etc, plus my kids are really interested in this. I have 2 boys who share a bedroom,and bedtime has become a nightmare!? they just wont sleep! I put them to bed, and they just play and try to get into each others beds. its wearing me out, because i spend all night running up and down the stairs telling them off! They are 8 and 4. Up until recently, the 8 year old has slept in my bedroom, in my bed, and i have moved him into his bed when i go to sleep, but i have had enough of this now, and want them both to sleep in their own beds!
