Should I choose carpet or laminate for my baby bedroom? I'm decorating my baby bedroom, but I am not sure if I should take laminate or carpet, could you please help me?
How to blackout baby bedroom windows? Does anyone know any good ideas of how to black out the bedroom windows in our babies room? Sadly we have sort of bay windows, so we can't install blinds, We have curtains, but they don't cut out all light. I'm guessing by blackout backing for curtains or darker curtains, but anyone with any over ideas? many thanks

Do you have to have a separate bedroom for your baby in order to adopt in Texas? I've always wanted to have my baby sleep in my room until they can sleep through the night. Do we need to have a separate bedroom for our baby in order to pass our homestudy? We are planning to move in a year and we haven't started the adoption paperwork yet, so the baby would be less than a year old when we move. I'm just hoping to be able to adopt in our current apartment instead of having to wait until we move.

What is it like to have a 2 yr old and a very young baby sharing a bedroom? My daughter is almost 2 and i am 6 months pregnant with 2nd. I'm considering transferring the baby into my daughters room when the baby is sleeping through the night. They are both girls. I was then going to transfer the babies small room into a little play room for them both as there is little room for toys in my daughters room. What are your opions on this? Thanks. Not a baby blue bedroom? I was wondering how to decorate and create a romantic bedroom. My husband picked a blue (not grey blue or baby blue...sort of a manly bright blue-if that exists) and we have black bedroom furniture and black and white photos I would like to keep in the bedroom. Problems in the bedroom after baby please help? my husband complains that we dont have enough ``rounds`` when we have sex now. We still have sex at least 1-2 times a week its just that i am exhausted after round one. we have 2 kids and i just fing im really tired at the end of the day. is this normal and if so when should things be back to what they were before. Has anybody slept better after moving their baby into their own bedroom? I have a 5 month old who sleeps next to me in a Co-sleeper. She wakes up 4x per night from 9pm to 8am. My husband wants to put her in her room with a monitor. I still nurse and I know I'll be up going to her room every time she wakes instead of just reaching over and picking her up. We live in a ranch style house and her room is at the opposite end which in my opinion is too far for an infant. My husband thinks I'll sleep better because I won't feel every movement she makes or hear every little stir. What would be a good decor scheme for a bedroom shared by 3 year old girl and baby boy? We're having a baby boy and for the time being (until we get a bigger place) my 3 year old daughter and he will share a room. My daughter already has everything decked out in pink and full of princess accessories. I haven't bought my crib set or anything like that for my boy yet. How could I have them share a room and have it all tie in together so it doesn't look like one side is for a boy and one for a girl? I'm also looking for relativley affordable options, since they will probably only share for one year at the most. And my paint options are limited. I would have to go with something nuetral so I can easily paint it back to white before we move again, or maybe put up a border to dress up the walls.

A baby Australian native bird has flown into our bedroom, I have searched the net to find out what breed it is Have not had much luck. I think it is either a swallow or maybe a very young willy wag tail? It has a sharp black beak , the brown markings cover the top of his head and go just under his eyes. Just under the beak it is a light tan colour. His tail is a V shape and a white underbelly. Can anyone help with my web search or any ideas on what kind of bird he is?

my landlord and roommate went into my be locked bedroom,removed my baby WHO. kitten w/blue eyes.Is this legal? i want my kitten back. she was all white w/ blue eyes, got along perfact w/ my older cat who needed a friend again the other reason they took my kitten is because they claim the child is allergic and has asma. before i moved in i asked the landlord if i could put a hole in the door for my cat . he had no problem. i have lived in this house for about 1 1-2yrs.then they moved in wanting no animals. i'm going to small claims court apr.12, and made a police report. is there anything else i sould do before court?

Air conditioning is it safe to use in a young child/babies bedroom? We live in a hot country and have had air conditioning put into our bedrooms and lounge. We are constantly being told it is bad for you, to use it, but, as the weather in my town often gets into the 50's c, plus a relatively high humidity, we need something to keep us cool.
