Painting the bedroom?

I want to paint my master bedroom and we have a tan color now, we also have cedar rustic furniture and I'm not sure what color would be best. Thanks in advance!

1. Think warm hues.....like a soft orange, cider, yellow-golds, even a darker tan would look great!
2. A bedroom is very personal. Think about what colors make you feel relaxed. Personally I try not to "over-beige" as so many do today. It's just paint and you can change it pretty easily. With cedar rustic furniture I'd go for a nature color like a light sage green or something in the dusty blues.
3. I think a dark green, like Sherwin Williams "gale force" would look enhance the cedar furniture beautifully. I'd also use "portabello" on the ceiling, giving the whole room a woodsy, natural feel. http://sherlink.sherwin.com/swapp/color_visualizer/index.jsp
